COMMUTERS have been warned of severe train delays after a person was hit on the tracks in Essex.
All lines are blocked between Ilford and Romford, after a person was hit by a train this morning.
Greater Anglia has warned that trains in south Essex will be delayed or cancelled altogether.
Disruption is expected "until further notice."
Trains between Southend and Wickford have been cancelled due to the incident.
A bus replacement service has not been put in place.

A spokesman from Greater Anglia, said: "Due to a person hit by a train between Ilford and Romford all lines are blocked.
"Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
"Disruption is expected until further notice.
"C2C will accept Great Anglia ticket holders between Southend and Fenchurch Street."
