A POPULAR hotel could create up to 40 jobs with fresh expansion plans including 17 additional rooms.
Ambitious proposals have been lodged for the new detached building at the Oysterfleet Hotel on Canvey.

There would also be ten fulltime and 30 part-time jobs created as part of the new development.
