EVER fancied running an iconic business along Southend seafront?
If so, now may be the perfect opportunity because long-established Fantasia Amusement has been put up for sale.
The arcade, in Eastern Esplanade, is being marketed by estate agents Dedman Gray and has a £195,000 price tag.
The business has four full-time members of staff and recorded annual turnovers close to £140,000 in 2018 and 2019.
Details on Dedman Gray’s website state the arcade offers a mix of modern and classic machines which take up the majority of the building.
Officers, toilets and storage is also available inside the building, which is fitted with power rollers to the front.

Business rates for the arcade are estimated to be just below £10,000 a year and the landlords are said to be willing to offer a lease for 21 years.
Fantasia Amusements is open all-year and seven days a week in the summer season, with opening hours usually between 10am and midnight.
The arcade is also open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the winter.
