Woman to stand trail after 'attacking victim and damaging property'
A WOMAN is due to stand trail after allegedly attacking another woman and damaging property.
Fiona Jamison, 34, of Rochford Road, Southend was in Southend Magistrates Court on October 25 charged with a host of offences.
She is charged with assault by beating after allegedly attacking a woman on September 23 in Southend.
She had denied the offence.
There was a second charge of assault by beating which has been withdrawn.
She was also charged with criminal damage to property valued under £5000 after allegedly damaging a police vehicle.
The two charges are sent for trial at Southend Magistrates Court on December 22.
