A woman was left in the care of health professionals after police were called to concerns for welfare.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Queensway, Southend at about 9.30pm last night.
Witnesses took to social media to post about the incident and raise concerns for the woman.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We were called to concerns for the welfare of a woman in Queensway, Southend, shortly before 9.30pm last night.
"We closed the road whilst officers and members of the public helped her. The road was re-opened shortly after 10pm.
"The woman was left in the care of health professionals."
