Police found a stolen car parked in a residential street just 20 minutes after it was snatched by thieves.
Officers had originally been called to an address in Southend last night to reports a Range Rover had been taken.
It was believed to be a key-less car theft.

But police were able to find the vehicle around 12 miles down the road in Basildon where it was found parked and unattended.
A forensic team worked on the Range Rover before it was returned to its original owner.
Anyone with information about the theft should contact police on 101.
