A man has suffered potentially serious injuries after being hit by a car.
A black Vauxhall Zafira and the pedestrian were in the crash at around 3.20am yesterday at the Festival Leisure Park car park in Basildon.
The pedestrian, a man, sustained potentially serious injuries.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: "If you have any information you can submit a report online at https://www.essex.police.uk or use the 'Live Chat' button to speak to an online operator between 7am-11pm.
"Please quote incident 204 of 19 December. You can also call us on 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
