A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £2,000 after he failed to book coronavirus tests upon his return to England.
Adrian-Marius Vlad, 35, was caught breaching Covid travel rules when he flew into Luton Airport on March 7 last year.
He had been required to book tests on the second and eighth day of his ten-day isolation period but had failed to do so.
His case was dealt with by Greater Manchester Magistrates Court last week.
Vlad, of Ardleigh, Basildon, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay further costs of £266, including a £176 victim surcharge.
