Angry protestors are demanding better pay at a tractor plant.
The workers from New Holland, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon are on picket line today outside the site.
Unite the Union and workers are shouting, waving flags and spreading their message at the site.
The want to see a pay rise after all their work in the pandemic. Horns sounds are filling the air around the busy industrial estate.

Andy Watson, regional officer at the union says the workers deserve so much more and he claims the firm is refusing to work with them to secure the pay the staff feel they deserve.

New Holland has been in Basildon for more than 50 years and staff returned to the site in May 2020, after operations were halted due to the Covid pandemic.
A spokesman for CNH Industrial said: “We are in negotiations with the union for the workers based in Basildon. The company is confident in finding a resolution in the near future.”
