Man handed costs and benefit dedications for damaging a court window
A MAN has been fined after damaging a court window.
Mark Bushell, 54, of Lifstan Way, Southend, appeared in Southend Magistrates Court on Thursday February 17.
He was charged with destroy or damage property of a value unknown.
On February 16 in Southend, without lawful excuse he damaged window of a value unknown belonging to Southend Magistrates Court intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, application was made for benefit deductions and the sum to be recovered is £50.
