Wagamama is set to open in Southend, with new plans being unveiled for a city centre restaurant.
Bosses at the Asian eatery chain have submitted plans for a new licence for the business in the former former Bella Italia site in London Road, Southend.
Very few details have been revealed in the application to Southend City Council which as received on March 3.

Residents are pleased and dubbed it wonderful news, They say it will save trips to Lakeside Shopping Centre for the popular chain.
In July 2020, it was announced Southend's Bella Italia was shutting down after Casual Dining Group, who own the Italian chain, entered administration.
