Basildon Magistrates' Court
A MAN is set to appear in court this morning charged with attempted murder.
Curtis Butler, 22, of Great Gregorie, Basildon, will appear at Basildon Magistrates' Court to face the charge later today.
He has also been charged with possession of a knife in a public place.
Officers responded to reports of a stabbing in Valkyrie Road, Westcliff, in the early hours of Saturday, October 30 last year.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was left with serious injuries.
