A beloved pet dog is missing from its family home with the owners fearing the animal has been stolen.
Police are now appealing for the public's help to locate the dog, who is missing from Basildon.
Bo, the Pug has been missing from Pound Lane since Saturday July 9 and their owner called police on Sunday, 10 July following concerns that Bo may have been stolen.
Officers are carrying out enquiries and officers are appealing to anyone who may have seen Bo, or have any information on their whereabouts to contact us.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
