A fire has broken out near c2c train tracks causing a line to close and services to be cancelled across the network.
Due to a fire on a property near the railway between Ockendon and Upminster, train services running across the whole c2c network may be cancelled, delayed or diverted.
The line between Ockendon and Upminster is closed.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Greater Anglia and London Underground are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice.
It comes as the Essex Fire Service revealed it dealt with 130 incidents between 8am and 11pm yesterday.

This was more than three times the amount the service would usually deal with at this time of year, as soaring temperatures batter the county.
Greater Anglia trains are currently having to run at a reduced speed due to the severe weather, which is expected until 2am tomorrow.
Passengers may be entitled to compensation if their journey has been disrupted by more than 15 minutes.
