New data has revealed the best rated GP surgeries in Basildon according to the patients that use them.
The results of the GP Patient Survey 2022 have been published after questionnaires were sent out to patients at surgeries across the borough.
The survey measures experiences of patients across a range of topics, including making an appointment, access to online services and out-of-hours services.
None of the surgeries had an approval rating of 90 per cent and above overall this year.
Western Road Surgery in Billericay has been named the best in the borough according to patients, with an overall good rating of 89 per cent.

The other four best rated surgeries were:
Langdon Hills Medical Centre (Dr Salako and partners) - 84 per cent
Aryan Medical Centre in Laindon - 77 per cent
Matching Green Surgery - 76 per cent
Dipple Medical Centre in Pitsea - 71 per cent
Swanwood Partnership in Wickford - 70 per cent
At the other end of the table, Clayhill Medical Practice in Vange was the lowest rated as just 41 per cent of patients described their overall experience as good.
The other four lowest rated surgeries were:
Aegies Medical Centre in Basildon - 53 per cent
Noak Bridge Medical Centre (Dr Sharma and partners) - 54 per cent
= Felmores Medical Centre- 56 per cent
= Robert Frew Medical Centre in Wickford - 56 per cent
The Knares Medical Practice (Dr Degun and Dr Macaulay) - 58 per cent
