Essex Police want to speak to a man in connection with a theft and subsequent fraud totalling more than £20,000.
The incidents took place between June 14 and 15 when two bank cards and phone sim cards were stolen from the victim’s locker at David Lloyd Chigwell, in Buckhurst Hill.
The bank cards were used numerous times to make purchases which totalled £22,000.
The cards were used in various Apple stores in London and in various other retail premises in London.

Anyone with information about the incident, or the identity of the man pictured, is asked to contact police.
Quote the crime reference number 42/153800/22.
