Police presence : multiple emergency services at the scene
EMERGENCY services were seen attending to an incident where a police cordon was in place.
There was a high emergency service presence seen last night in Southend.
A witness saw seven police cars and an ambulance in a road in Southend yesterday at about 10pm.
