A number of c2c trains have been cancelled as the train operator has launched an investigation into a "problem".
Due to a problem currently under investigation, train services running across the whole c2c network may be cancelled or delayed.
Trains from London Fenchurch Street to Shoebury have been cancelled, alongside the 5.44pm Shoebury to London Fenchurch Street service and the 6.27pm Pitsea to London Fenchurch Street train.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
It is unknown what exactly the issue is, as a spokesman couldn't provide further details at this moment.
In response to a customer, a c2c spokesman said: "As the problem is currently under investigation I do not have further details at the moment.
"Trains are still running with delays."
There is currently no c2c ticket acceptance arranged on Greater Anglia trains.
