CROWDS of people have been enjoying The IronWorks community centre on Southend High Street since it opened to the public.
From royal inspired arts and crafts to storytelling, the centre is proving to be a hit for visitors of all ages.
During the weekend storyteller Carl Merry regaled visitors with fascinating tales. Royal themed arts and crafts entertained children and adults alike and Solly's Cafe provided refreshments for hungry and thirsty visitors.
Art displays included work from The New City Gallery and the photo exhibition Southend City People portrait exhibition by Gaz De Vere. Various other artwork is on display throughout the centre.
The centre was filled with traders selling their artisan goods.
There is set to be a networking meeting on Thursday (today) from 6pm.
