A drink driver has been banned from the roads after being caught behind the wheel while more than three times over the limit.
Antony Robinson, of Carlisle Way, Basildon, was caught driving in the same road with 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on July 31.
The legal limit is 35.
The 38-year-old admitted the offence when he appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on September 6.
He has been ordered to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours and banned from driving for 28 months.
Robinson must also pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £114 and £105 prosecution costs.
