Southend Airport has announced whether its easyJet flight to Faro will go ahead on the day of Queen Elizabeth II's funeral.
A spokesman for the airport provided an update for passengers on its social media accounts.
They said: "On the day of The Queen’s state funeral, London Southend Airport will be operating its afternoon easyJet flight to Faro on Monday, September 19 as normal.
"Please arrive from two hours prior to the scheduled departure time."
The airport has shared tributes to the Queen throughout the past week, including memories of her visit in 1999 when she came to south Essex.
A spokesman said on Thursday following the news of Her Majesty's death: "Queen Elizabeth II, Britain's longest-serving monarch, has died at the age of 96.
"Our pages will remain quiet for the next few days."
Its update comes as Heathrow Airport announced more than 100 of its flights will be cancelled to prevent aircraft noise disturbing proceedings at Westminster Abbey and Windsor Castle.
The west London airport announced that 15 per cent of its 1,200 flights due to take off or land on Monday will be disrupted.
The state funeral at Westminster Abbey will be attended by more than 2,000 official guests including the heads of state of many nations.
Before the service, her coffin will be transported on the state gun carriage.
