A PARTY-LOVING woman swore at police and breached her Asbo - after she was caught breaking into her own home.
Christine Butler had been out on the town two weeks ago celebrating her 29th birthday when she lost her front door keys.
She later tried break into her home in Kevin Close, Billericay, but soon after she smashed her porch door, police showed up to investigate.
Butler soon became abusive and swore at one of them, breaching her three-year anti-social behaviour order.
Last November, the Echo told how she got the Asbo for making her neighbours' lives a misery for six years by holding parties and playing loud music.
Yesterday at Basildon Mag-istrates' Court, Butler pleaded guilty to breaching her Asbo. Under the terms she was banned from:
- shouting, swearing and being abusive or threatening in public or her back garden
- having more than three adults over the age of 18 at her home
- playing loud music between 10pm and 7am
- behaving in a threatening, abusive or intimidating manner in a public place, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress
- calling for police assistance between 10pm and 7am, unless in the case of a genuine emergency.
Butler was released on bail.
She will reappear in court next month where magistrates will decide whether to sentence her or send her case to Basildon Crown Court.
