Rawreth Lane has seen the opening of the Asda store, development of the industrial estate and much of the new housing is now occupied, with the attendant increase in traffic that has necessitated changes to the road layout, including traffic lights.
Also, in Hullbridge Road new housing near the junction with Rawreth Lane, and new businesses have opened, like the playschool at Lubbards Farm, adding to the traffic.
This excludes any additional traffic generated by developments in Hullbridge.
