POLICE have seized a dog after it was “dangerously out of control”.
The Billericay and Wickford Community Policing Team seized the German shepherd dog yesterday, September 24, in Billericay.
Police say they received numerous calls and emails regarding the dog being “dangerously out of control” in Norsey Woods.
A spokesman said: “We would like you to be aware that the owners have shown support towards the investigation and wholeheartedly apologise for any incidents that have occurred involving their dog.
“The community can rest assured that the dog will not be returning to Billericay.”
