Commuters at a south Essex c2c station faced long queues for tickets due to staffing issues.
Images showed long queues at Laindon Train Station this morning with bosses at c2c blaming staffing issues for the delays.
It comes after police were called to Stanford-le-Hope station to welfare concerns of a woman.

A spokesman for c2c said: "We are very sorry that some customers experienced queues at Laindon station at the moment. This was due to unexpected staffing issues.
"Laindon is a very busy station and we understand how frustrating it is to be unable to buy a ticket, especially during peak hours.
"We encourage passengers to buy their tickets via our website or app to avoid queues. Smartcard customers can buy in advance and collect their ticket by tapping on the gates as they walk through."
