A man who was caught with cannabis in Southend has been handed a fine.
Grigore Damaschin, 27, of Eastern Avenue, Ilford, was found with a quantity of cannabis in his possession in Southend on August 8.
Damaschin appeared at Southend Magistrates' Court on November 3 has now been fined £80 after admitting the offence.
He has also been ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and prosecution costs of £85.
