“We will be closed from Monday, February 13 to work on your new-look restaurant, but don’t worry – we won’t be closed for long.
“Join us when we re-open on Thursday, March 23 and see what’s charged at your new-look Halfway House Toby Carvery.
“Can’t wait that long for a tasty Toby? Your nearest restaurant during closure is Toby Carvery, Prince Avenue, Southend.”
Currently the chain, famous for their popular roast dinners, has not given any more details on the makeover itself.
But The Echo has contacted Toby Carvery for a comment on the works.
