Police in Southend seized two food delivery drivers' vehicles last night after checks reportedly found them to be uninsured.
Specialist police officers and the roads policing unit were out in the city last night carrying out Vision Zero and Op Insured patrols.
During their patrols, officers stopped a delivery driver which they say "turned out to be uninsured".

The car was seized by the force. Later in the evening, a learner biker was stopped also delivering food in Southend.
His bike was allegedly found to be uninsured and seized by police.
Vision Zero is the ambitious target to achieve zero deaths and serious injuries on Essex roads by 2040.
In addition, an interim target of reducing deaths and serious injuries by 50 per cent has also been adopted by 2030.
