A TEENAGER has sustained serious injuries after a crash near a Southend train station.
Essex Police were called to a crash in Victoria Avenue, Southend, shortly after 10:45pm on Sunday.
A car and a motorbike had reportedly been involved in a collision close to Southend Victoria train station.
The motorcyclist, a woman in her late teens, sustained serious injuries as a result.

Essex Police are yet to make any arrests, but are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
A spokesman said: “We are investigating a collision which took place in Victoria Avenue, Southend, shortly after 10.45pm on Sunday, January 29.
“It was reported that a car and a motorbike had been involved in a collision.
“The motorcyclist, a woman aged in her late teens, sustained serious injuries.
“No arrests have been made and our enquiries are ongoing.
“We need anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam or mobile phone footage of it to get in contact.
“Please cite incident 1184 29 January.”
