AN EASTWOOD cocktail business could soon have its products on sale across the world as it looks to finalise international deals.
Tapp’d Cocktails, in Progress Road, is a family-run firm which has gone from trailing drinks to friends, to selling more than two million bottles annually.
It is the UK’s first mixologist to sell “ready to drink cocktails” made from natural, vegan, and gluten-free ingredients.

It comes after the firm announced it would be launching a charitable trust in a bid to raise cash for Little Havens Hospice.
After marking its fifth anniversary, the business is now set to go worldwide with international partnerships - including in America and Ibiza - being finalised.
Paige Appleby, head of marketing at Tapp’d Cocktails, said: “Our business has exceeded our expectations.
“We are on our way to becoming the UK’s number one ready-to-drink cocktail brand, and we are currently now finalising international partnerships to sell our products in Florida, California, Ibiza, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
“We are confidence the consumers across the world, will love our cocktails as much as our UK customers.”
To mark five years in business the firm has launched the Tapp’d Charitable Trust (TCT) in a bid to eventually raise £1 million for Little Havens.
Tony Plato, managing director of Tapp’d Cocktails said, “We are honoured to announce a lifelong commitment to Little Havens Hospice, which provides palliative nursing and supportive care to children and young people across Essex, living with complex or incurable conditions.
“On behalf of my co-directors, I am delighted to confirm that we have pledged to match, from our own money, every and any donation made via our web site platform to aid and assist this worthy and essential charity which is so close to our hearts and now forms a fundamental part of our internal DNA.
“With your help and our pledge to match every penny donated from our own personal money, we aim to raise in the coming years more than £1 million.”
Ms Appleby added: “We will have a charity donation button on our website where customers can round up their payments with the changed being donated to Little Havens.
“We are also looking to host fundraising events throughout the year.”
All money received by the trust will be donated to Little Havens.
