The body of a man in his 20s has been found beside a major Essex roundabout.
Police were called to concerns for the welfare of a man near to the Army and Navy roundabout in Chelmsford, at around 8.30am today.
The A130 was partly shut this morning at the Army and Navy Roundabout "to ensure the safety of those attending", with police closing the exit from the roundabout and major road southbound.
Emergency services attended and a man aged in his 20s died at the scene.
Police say his death is not being treated as suspicious.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We were called to concerns for the welfare of a man off of the A1114, Chelmsford, around 8.30am on Wednesday 15 February.
"Emergency services attended and a man aged in his 20s sadly died at the scene.
"His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
"The Army and Navy roundabout was also closed for a few hours to ensure the safety of those attending."
