TWO men have been charged in connection with an investigation into a string of burglaries in Westcliff.
Essex Police say there were seven break-ins between February 5 and 13, including both residential and non-residential properties.
Two men have been charged in connection with a number of burglaries and thefts.
Micky Scott, 31 of Southview Drive, Westcliff, and 28-year-old Josh Love, of Chichester Close, Rayleigh were arrested on Wednesday, February 15.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “Scott has now been charged with eight counts of burglary and one count of theft from a shop.
“Love has been charged with two counts of burglary and three counts of theft from a shop.
“They appeared in court yesterday where both have been remanded into custody.”
