Southend's new nightclub is set to launch very soon, with bosses announcing plans online for the big event.
Rhythm Room, in Warrior Square, closed on Sunday January 29 for just more than a month while it undergoes a "significant" refurbishment and is rebranded into a Popworld.
Popworld is a growing chain of nightclubs, with sites up and down the country including one in Chelmsford.

A spokesman said on Facebook: "Two weeks to go until our doors open on Friday March 3 for our grand launch weekend. Make sure you've got your tickets."
The brand describes itself as a late-night bar “with a difference”.

The venues boast bright colours, sweet cocktails, light-up dancefloors and back-to-back "cheesy" pop tunes from the 90s and noughties.
Its Chelmsford city centre club is also popular for its reasonable prices, with £8 for its fun Ferris Wheel 8-shot sharer and two bombs for a fiver.
