Looking every part the prince, Harry Griffin had a World Book day outfit that left a royal impression this year.
The ten-year-old went as Prince Harry from the memoir Spare and donned a beige t-shirt and a ginger beard for the occasion.
His mum Hannah used fake tan to fashion a beard and told us it was all Harry’s idea to go as the Duke of Sussex.
The Blenheim Primary School pupil, who is in year six, won a competition with Marsh Farm for his outfit and his family now have a family ticket to the farm to enjoy.
“Last week we were thinking of things to dress up as. I had bought the book and one of them grabbed it and said ‘go as Prince Harry’. I used fake tan for the beard, a wash off one, I don’t think he would have let me use a real one,” laughed Hannah.
“The outfit was a bit of fun and something to make people smile.”
Is Hannah a fan of Prince Harry and Meghan?
“We do like Harry and Meghan, but we’re not a hardcore fans. I joke and call Harry my little prince and it was a bit of fun to dress up as him.
“It’s Harry’s last year at primary school so we wanted to do something a bit different.”
Well done, Harry, we think your outfit deserves a World Book Day crown.
