A victim was attacked multiple times during an argument in a Basildon pub.

Police are appealing for the public's help to identify this man in connection with an ongoing investigation, into an assault last year in Basildon. 

Officers were called to The Harvester on London Road shortly before 11:30pm on 18 November 2022 following an assault.

The victim was attempting to stop an argument between the suspect and customers, when they were assaulted multiple times. They were taken to hospital. 

The suspect left before police arrival and an investigation was launched. 

An Essex Police spokesman said: "We are appealing for the public's help to identify this man, who we would like to speak with in connection with this investigation.
