Mario-Florian Balannescu, 27, of Lavender Grove, Southend was in court for stealing more than £2,000 of goods.
On November 7 2016 at Stockport he stole clothing, to the value of £1519.86, belonging to Tk Maxx.
He was fined £150.
On November 1 2016 at Trafford in the County of Greater Manchester, stole clothing, to the value of £499.95, belonging to Tk Maxx.
He was ordered to pay compensation of £499.95.
On November 6 2016 at Trafford in the County of Greater Manchester, stole Clothing to the value of £599.98, belonging to Tk Maxx.

A PROLIFIC shoplifter has been jailed for two years and four months and banned from entering shops in Stanford le Hope and Southend for five years.
Kyle Sherwin, 36, has had a 12-month suspended prison sentence activated, as well as receiving a further 16-month prison sentence.
Basildon Crown Court was told that Sherwin, of Dowland Close, in Stanford-le-Hope, was a prolific offence who had previously committed offences while on bail as well as during the term of a suspended sentence.
After having his 12-month suspended prison sentence activated, he has received a further 16-month sentence for nine thefts in January 2023, totalling £667.50, from the Co-op in Stanford-le-Hope High Street.
Danny Lodge, 22, of Temple Close, Laindon, was in court for stealing for another and breaching a court order.
Between August 22 2022 and December 3 2022 in Billericay without reasonable excuse, he contacted a man which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order.
He was committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 8 weeks and ordered to complete treatment for drug dependency by or under the direction of Phoenix Futures at nominated clinic as a non-resident for 6 months, mental health treatment by or under the direction of CSTR for 12 months.
He was also ordered to complete 50 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
On November 22 2022 in Billericay, he stole an Iphone 12, to the value of ,£800 belonging to the victim.
He was handed the same sentence for this offence, and ordered to pay compensation of £400, a surcharge to fund victim services of £154, costs of £105 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Steven Whiteman, 35, of Chatfield Way, Basildon, was in court for incident of shoplifting
On November 13 in Basildon he stole various items, to the value of £193.80, belonging to BP Eastmayne.
A community order was made and was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £97 and an application was made for benefit deductions to the sum of £279.
On November 11/ he stole various items, to the value of £129, belonging to the same business.
He was handed the same order with the unpaid work, ordered to pay compensation of £65.
On October 31 he stole various items, to the value of £235.25, belonging to the same business.
He was handed the same order with the unpaid work, ordered to pay compensation of £117.
Stewart Mountney, 59, of Kenmar Close, Rayleigh was in court in connection with taking a vehicle without consent and other driving offences.
On March 16 in Southend he used a motor vehicle, in a road, or other public place, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks.
There was no separate penalty.
On the day in the city he drove a motor vehicle on a road while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
A community order made and he was put under a curfew for 3 months with electronic monitoring.
On the day and in the city without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, he took a car for the use of himself or another.
He was handed a community order with the same curfew and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £95, costs of £105 to the Crown Prosecution Service and an application was made for benefit deductions to the sum of £200.00.
Sally Burrows, 47, of York Road, Southend was in court for a string of shoplifting offences.
On or before August 31 in Leigh she stole Chocolate and Assorted items, to the value of £65, belonging to Chelmsford Star Co-Op.
She was committed to prison for 4 weeks suspended for 12 months.
On December 29 2022 in Southend she stole Meat, to the value of £90, belonging to Iceland.
She was committed to prison for 6 weeks consecutive to offence one suspended for 12 months.
On December 30 2022 in Southend she stole Nike Trainers, to the value of £55, belonging to Deichmann.
She was committed to prison for 6 weeks consecutive to offence number 1 suspended for 12 months.
She was also ordered to pay compensation of £90 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £154.
On the same day in Southend she also stole 5 items of clothing, to the value of £96, belonging to New Look.
She was committed to prison for 4 weeks suspended for 12 months.
