ONE lane is closed on the A127 Southend Arterial Road due to a missing manhole cover.
AA Traffic News is reporting delays of around seven minutes because of the missing manhole cover.

It states: “One lane closed and queueing traffic due to collapsed manhole on A127 Southend Arterial Road Eastbound from M25 J29 (Romford / Basildon) to A128 Tilbury Road (Halfway House roundabout).
“Delays of seven minutes, and average speed ten mph.”
