TWO women have been left injured following an assault by two men in Southend.
Essex Police is appealing for witnesses after an assault at Southchurch Road at 3:30pm on Tuesday, February 21.
Two women, one in her 40s and one in her 20s, were assaulted by two men near to Greggs and Metrobank.

They both sustained grazes and bruises.
Essex Police is urging anyone with footage to come forward.
A spokesman said: “Officers investigating an assault in Southend in which two women were injured, are appealing for witnesses.
“The assault is reported to have taken place at Southchurch Road at 3.30pm on Tuesday 21 February.
“Two women, 40s and 20s, were assaulted by two men near to Greggs and Metrobank. They both sustained grazes and bruises.
“If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
“Please quote crime reference 42/31920/22 when providing any information to make sure it gets to the right person as quickly as possible.”
