STUDENTS at Alleyn Court Prep School star in a heartfelt video for the song You Are Not Alone, which will be used in this year’s Comic Relief.
The youngsters performed the song for a video which was filmed by pupils in and around the school.
All the children in the Great Wakering school, from two-and-a-half up to 11, performed the song, which raises awareness about mental health.
Kirsty Fell, who has three children at the school, was in talks with school singing teacher Heidi Boualili about what to do for Comic Relief and the idea for a song was born.
Kirsty said: “The children wrote the song with with Heidi and made a music video. We are soproudof them. The song lyrics are about if a kid is having a bad day how their teachers, parents and pupils can help them.
There was a screening on Monday so parents could see a preview of the video and they received a QR code to view it.
