A south Essex high street has been closed this morning as crews fix a collapsed sewer pipe.
Brentwood High Street was closed this morning for excavation to repair a collapsed sewer pipe.
The road has been shut in both directions between Crown Street and Kings Road as Thames Water crews carry out repairs.
Essex Highways traffic map, one.network, shows the road will be closed until 5pm on March 22.
However, works could be finished earlier.
Diversions are in place and are signposted in the area.
