Passed away peacefully on Thursday 23rd February 2023 aged 97 years. Previously from Southend, he served in Northumberland, Southend and Essex Police Forces. Elizabeth Bain Young ‘Betty’

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Betty, aged 76. Betty with be dearly missed by all her friends and family. We welcome you to join us in saying farewell at Basildon Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd March at 1pm. Followed by a celebration of Betty’s life as we raise a glass of something at ‘The Gun’ pub.
