A rail company has issued essential travel advice to its customers as industrial action starts on Thursday.

Following the RMT's ballot for industrial action, strike action is planned for March 16, 18 and 30 and April 1.

This will not majorly impact c2c services, according to the firm, however there are some important changes and impacts customers should be aware of.

Tomorrow's TfL tube strike means trains and stations which interchange with TfL lines will be busier.

West Ham station will only be open for entry, exit and interchange between 7.30am and 10.30pm.

There will also be engineering works on the c2c line, therefore last services will be earlier than normal.

The last train from Fenchurch Street to Shoebury via Ockendon will depart at 11.09pm, the Fenchurch Street to Shoebury via Basildon service will be at 11.12pm, and the Fenchurch Street to Shoebury calling all stations via Rainham and Tilbury will leave at 12.20am.
