A BASILDON primary school has announced it will be closed for the day due to having “no running water”.
St Margaret’s Church of England Academy, in London Road, Bowers Gifford, has closed the school to all years today, Tuesday, April 25.

This is due to the school having no running water, and therefore had no option but to close.
This has been confirmed by Essex County Council on their emergency school closure website.
