An 18-year-old man from Wickford was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent after the "targeted" incident outside MooMoo Clubrooms in the early hours on Saturday (May 13).

“At this stage, it’s believed this was targeted and there is no wider threat to the local community.

“Residents will see an increased police presence in the area today.”
