EMERGENCY services are reportedly on the scene of a crash on the A13 near Chalkwell Park.
AA Traffic News say there is a crash on the A13 London Road near A1158 Westbourne Grove.
There are also reports of queuing traffic back towards Leigh.

The Echo understands the crash is involving three cars, and that there are already fire engines on the scene.
Emergency services have been contacted for comment by the Echo.
