A Royal Family member is set to visit Canvey later this month as she stops by an historic business.
Sophie, The Duchess of Edinburgh, will visit Charfleet Book Bindery, at Neale Courtyard in Shannon Way on June 27.
Charfleet Book Bindery, founded back in 1919 is one of several brands belonging to the long-established Canvey Bindery Company, and produces a range of products including diaries, notebooks and stationary.

Sophie will also visit Remus Memorial Horse Sanctuary, at Little Farm in Buttsbury, on the same day to mark their 40th anniversary.
The sanctuary provides lifetime help and care for horses, ponies and donkeys, as well as goats, sheep and cats, who are victims of physical and mental abuse.
