Police say a "significant" number of drivers put road workers at risk last night as they breached lane closures on a major road.
Lane closures were in place on the M25 in Brentwood last night (June 22) as roadworks were taking place.
However, roads policing officers say they dealt with 23 drivers who breached the "red X" lane closures, "putting workers at risk".
