WEST Thurrock motorists are facing disruption this afternoon as traffic has ground to a halt near Lakeside Shopping Centre.
Essex County Council's traffic control team confirmed there is "serious traffic congestion" affecting the roads around the shopping centre.
The westbound carriageway of the nearby A13 is particularly slow, with queues from the Stifford interchange to junction 30 of the M25.
