Seven Hotel's 70-seater modern British restaurant is overseen by head chef Luke Selby, serving award-winning Himalayan Salt Aged steak, and fresh seafood.

The adjoining gin-centric bar also features more than 30 types of gin.

The hotel itself became the first in the then-town to make it into the world-famous Michelin Guide when it was featured in the 2019 edition.
