TWO men have been bailed again following a fatal Southend hit-and-run crash which saw a man who "lived life to the fullest" killed.
Stuart Chiddicks, 30, was killed in the Southchurch Road crash in December as police officers received reports of a man being found in the road with serious injuries at 12.40am.
